At MDRT Financial Service Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience, with a focus on administrative activities, policy administration, and budget control. You will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
