At MDRT Financial Service Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, and co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The coordinator will also assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, as well as assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Work Environment:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
  • English language
