Job Summary

The Strategic Business Development Lead will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and revenue generation. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing business cases, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Sector Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, competitors, and trends to identify areas of opportunity and potential threats.
  • Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives, including financial projections, risk assessments, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue streams, expand existing markets, and explore new opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with organizational objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or academic sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to varied stakeholders.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, encourage, and support innovative problem-solving.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
    • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as MBA or PMP, may be advantageous.
What We Offer

Njoyn offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
