Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Marksmen Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and train construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects successfully
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as design and engineering, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Work Setting

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
