About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Marksmen Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all employees and subcontractors follow health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction projects, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
