Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Marksmen Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, including apprentices and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Recruit and onboard newcomers and refugees, providing support and training to help them integrate into the team.
  • Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
What We Offer
