Job Title: Director of Sales, North America

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage the North American sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical product requirements and market insights.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and clinical, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage sales budgets and optimize performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a medical technology or medical device environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical or healthcare customer-facing role in a high-tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling revenue generation and managing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to drive results-oriented sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
