Sales Executive Director for North America

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales objectives that align with Northern Digital Inc.'s Mission and Vision.
  • Oversee and guide the North American sales team to meet financial performance goals.
  • Engage in sales meetings, represent Northern Digital Inc. at industry conferences, and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and competitive landscape to foster sales achievements.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the sales team to enhance performance and drive significant growth.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA is advantageous).
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales Leadership, ideally within the medical technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
