Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing operations team by providing technical expertise and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes and a ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations staff, including process troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Assist in the development of standard work packages, including standard operating sheets and operator maintenance documentation.
  • Contribute to the review and planning of manufacturing processes through Kaizens and other improvement initiatives.
  • Support project initiatives, including new machine specification and commissioning.
  • Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided drafting and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
