Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for processes and equipment, as well as developing and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations staff to ensure efficient and effective process execution
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality control protocols
  • Participate in daily gemba walks and management meetings to stay informed about current performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in an engineering or engineering technologist program (mechanical or industrial)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Eligible for registration with APEGM or CET an asset
  • Experience participating in or leading technical problem-solving, including root cause analysis
  • Project management experience and/or PMP certification an asset
