Position Overview
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in partnering with various stakeholders to fulfill the strategic objectives of MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. This position encompasses the design, research, testing, planning, organization, and execution of projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to pinpoint and implement initiatives that enhance plant performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through expertise in process and manufacturing engineering, ensuring that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Manage projects effectively by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while leading project teams and tracking timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- A university degree in Engineering is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing setting.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles are essential for success in this role.

This position reports directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement and Engineering, making it integral to the success of our operations.
