Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and vehicles
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Physical Demands:

The role requires the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a variety of settings, including warehouses and transportation facilities.
