Restaurant Manager Job Description

Vintage Taphouse Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ProServe program certification and Serving It Right Certificate
