Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Vintage Taphouse Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the business.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Budgeting: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure that it is meeting its financial goals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate.
