Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Vintage Taphouse Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Supervise staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Financial Management: Analyze budget, manage costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans, implement operational procedures, and promote the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, willing to relocate.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
