Customer Service Representative

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs, including personal banking and credit card products.
- Work collaboratively with our branch team to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including personal banking and credit card offerings, to provide informed advice and guidance to our customers.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
- High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
- Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
