Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Exodus Suretyship Inc. as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients to assist them with their financial requests. You will also be required to follow up with clients via phone to ensure their needs are met and to provide excellent customer service.
Additionally, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks and responding to emails from clients. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients to assist with their financial requests
- Follow up with clients via phone to ensure their needs are met
- Perform data entry tasks
- Respond to emails from clients
Work Conditions:
- 8 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Weekends off
- Holidays off
- Salary revision every 6 months
- 5 paid sick days per year
