Job Title: Food Service Supervisor


About the Role:


At Family Pizza, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food preparation and service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing our staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards, which includes monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Record Keeping: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:



  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week
