Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Food Service Team Lead at Alberta Inc.

About the Role:
  • As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and food service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cook and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of organization and tidiness.
Requirements:
  • You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods is required.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure is essential.
Personal Qualities:
  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be a team player with a client-focused approach.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative are key qualities we look for in our ideal candidate.
Experience and Education:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
  • The language of work is English.
Salary:

We offer an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
