Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at TekKlinik. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bookkeeping systems.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Bookkeeping Systems: Operate manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, including reconciliations, journal entries, and trial balances.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
