Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and files, and ensure that all necessary documents are readily available.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office.
