We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team at Acosta. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and promote Nespresso products.
Provide in-depth knowledge of Nespresso products and services to customers, including features, benefits, and usage.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet customer needs.
2+ years of sales experience in a retail or foodservice environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
