About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team at Acosta. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excite customers by promoting Nespresso coffee products and showcasing key product features.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Elevate the customer experience by providing coffee samples and demos of all Nespresso products.

  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management to drive business growth.

  • Promote and leverage product promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales and customer service.

  • Engaging personality and comfortable approaching customers.

  • Part-time weekend availability.

  • Passion for coffee and sales.
