Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Loans Adviser to join our team. As a Loans Adviser, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Approve or reject loan applications based on client financial status and creditworthiness
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through loan solutions
- Complete and review credit and loan documentation
- Interview loan applicants to assess their financial situation
- Open new personal and non-personal accounts and provide access to banking services
- Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and promote the sale of credit and loan services
- Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status and credit history
- Review and update credit and loan files
- Submit credit and loan applications to management for approval
- College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- 1-7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- 35-44 hours per week
- English language
