Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DLytica Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing daily operations, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct daily operations
  • Arrange and distribute mail and other materials, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing training and development strategies
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and provide customer service
  • Manage digital databases, perform data entry, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and provide support for newcomers and refugees
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
