Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Onatrio Inc. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Methods and Schedules: Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food is prepared and served on time.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, as well as maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
