Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and Supervise Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, client focus, flexibility, and team player skills.
