Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Cost products and services
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
