Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Greenwood Enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Inventory Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering positive relationships and driving loyalty.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory management, sales performance, and other key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
