Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Manage, direct, and execute overall operations of multiple clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

  • Staff Management: Manage support staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Business Development: Participate in lead generation and contribute to business development.
  • Inventory and Fulfillment: Ensure inventory and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Culture and Compliance: Promote the company's mission and values, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of District or Regional Management experience in a multi-location environment.
  • Management Experience: Management experience in growing successful, high-performance teams.
  • Financial Acumen: P&L responsibilities, understanding of EBITDA.
  • Analysis Skills: Extensive experience in ROI and KPI analysis.
  • Certifications: One or more of the following certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience in medical leadership or management within a clinic or similar healthcare environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
