- Analysis Skills: Extensive experience in ROI and KPI analysis.
- Certifications: One or more of the following certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT), or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
- Leadership Experience: Significant experience in medical leadership or management within a clinic or similar healthcare environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- Compensation: Annual salary: $80,000-$95,000 base with a strong bonus program.
