Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. in Toronto, Canada. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the migration to SuccessFactors and provide leadership in Canadian Payroll.

The Role:

  • This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP FI solutions, preferably with SAP certification in FI/CO/PS.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring, analyzing, and supporting SAP FI and related modules (CO, AP, AR, AA, PS) is essential.
  • Extensive experience in mapping business processes and translating business requirements into design deliverables for implementing effective SAP FI solutions is required.
  • Expertise in analyzing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of SAP FI solutions, including providing third-level support and recommending process improvements, is crucial.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance policies, procedures, and administrative functions is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate to SuccessFactors, Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), while providing leadership in Canadian Payroll.
  • Lead the migration project to SuccessFactors, EC, and ECP, drawing from at least 1 full project experience in the last 3-5 years.
  • Manage a team of HCM and Payroll functional professionals, driving collaboration and excellence in project delivery.
  • Develop program roadmaps and annual work plans aligned with SAP Roadmap and Divisional Technology Roadmaps.
  • Plan, blueprint, implement, and sustain SAP and enterprise solutions for approved initiatives identified in the client's SAP Roadmap and Service Area Technology Roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SAP FI solutions.
  • SAP certification in FI/CO/PS is preferred.
