Rental Service Operations Manager

Rental Service Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Budget Car And Truck Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
- Fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods are required for this role.
