Rental Service Supervisor

Join Budget Car And Truck Rental as a Rental Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our inventory is properly managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our customers have access to a wide range of vehicles.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Standing for extended periods of time.
