Rental Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Budget Car And Truck Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient task allocation.
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to achieve team goals.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the rental industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
