Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Budget Car And Truck Rental. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate accurate and timely reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure seamless rental operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and direct the activities of sales workers to achieve business objectives.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Spend extended periods standing, which may require physical stamina and endurance.
