Quality Assurance Manager

Ganotec is a leading heavy industrial contractor serving the industrial sector across Canada. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects, and we're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with construction supervisors, schedulers, and planners to ensure a thorough understanding of project scope and schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and identify potential issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design professionals, to resolve quality-related issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction quality management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, including CSA and ASME codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in French is required, with functional knowledge of English considered an asset.
