Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ganotec. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Work closely with construction supervisors, schedulers, and planners to ensure thorough understanding of project scope and schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure that all work is performed to established technical requirements.
  • Generate quality reports and metrics to track project performance.
  • Issue notice of non-conformances and stop-work orders as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quality Manager in industrial sectors.
  • Proven background as a QA/QC Inspector in large scope projects.
  • Significant years of experience managing a team of quality inspectors.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments.
  • Fluency in French is required.
