Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ganotec. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with construction supervisors, schedulers, and planners to ensure that quality objectives are aligned with project scope and schedule.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct training and development programs for quality inspectors and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to ensure that quality objectives are being met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction with a focus on quality management.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems in industrial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and CSA Z662.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in French is required, with functional knowledge of English considered an asset.
