Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Support Professional to join our team at Harsimran Pasricha. As a key member of our childcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children in their own home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Care for pets and ensure their well-being
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children as needed
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children to promote their emotional and cognitive growth
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the children's dietary needs
  • Supervise and care for children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills
