We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Warehouse Colleague to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to our sales floor.

As a Store Warehouse Colleague, you will be the backbone of our store's logistics operations, working closely with our sales floor team to ensure that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom of the store
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, including verifying inventory and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and answering questions
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to ensure that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed

Requirements
  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
