Job Summary

This is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a range of benefits and career growth opportunities. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at UPS, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages inside/out of UPS trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading packages from UPS trucks and trailers
  • Receiving and sorting packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Stocking packages on shelves and in designated areas
  • Working in a team environment to meet productivity and quality standards

What We Offer

  • Weekly compensation starting at $17.80 per hour (regular wage $16.65 plus a $1.15 hourly bonus = $17.80)
  • Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement. $27.81 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
  • 5:00 PM start
  • Shifts are generally 3 hours per day but may extend up to 5 hours during high volume and peak holiday season.

Requirements

  • No experience needed – on the job training provided
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to lift up to 70lbs.
