About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Assistant to the Director. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including preparing and editing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Manage the Director's schedule and ensure that all appointments and meetings are properly coordinated.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Director's office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or secretarial studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
