Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor, Global Compensation to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our HR function, you will report directly to the Global Compensation Director and play a critical role in designing, improving, and implementing global remuneration policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of global compensation strategies and policies
