Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Business Strategy & Initiatives team at BMO Capital Markets. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic business results and driving growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic input and recommendations to senior leaders on business strategy and initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement programs and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and track performance of initiatives and projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Capital Markets products and client types.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Advanced user skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 - $111,700.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
