About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Strategy & Analytics to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts and other associates to support business strategy development and implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities for Capital One to innovate and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, such as consulting or financial services
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
