Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management to meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and walking.
