About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
