Job Title: Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a client-focused approach.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
