Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks that require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
