Retail Sales Associate Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Prosper Immigration Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items for their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle cash register transactions, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and priced correctly
* Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining inventory levels
* Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and product information
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

**Requirements**

* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent English and communication skills
* Willingness to relocate
